The UDTJ-10 automatic centrifugal egg cracker breaks shell eggs, blends the yolks and whites together and separates eggshells from the liquid egg. Thanks to the use of centrifugal forces, the egg cracker extracts up to 99% of liquid egg, compared to only around an 85% yield achieved during hand breaking. After turning the egg cracker machine on and filling the hopper with eggs, the eggs are then cracked by a high quality, stainless steel filter. The shells are then separated from the liquid while yolks and whites are mixed together. After this, the perfectly separated and mixed liquid egg is transported through a spout into a placed bucket or other container. The egg cracker machine is built out of 100% 304 stainless steel. It consists of five parts (hopper, filter, tank, spot, motor housing) and is quick and easy to disassemble and clean. All parts that come in contact with eggs are removable and dishwasher safe.
