Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Egg Breakers USA, LLC (“Company”) accepts returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The Product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or damaged Products due to customer misuse.
- Products returned without original packaging and components.
- Special order or custom-made Products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact Egg Breakers USA, LLC at sales@eggbreakers.us with proof of purchase and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping the Product back.
- Ship the Product using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned Product is received and inspected, the Company will process a refund within 30 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If the Product arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
