Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
Egg Breakers USA, LLC (“Company”) provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
2. Warranty Scope
This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only. Labor costs associated with installation, removal, or repair are not covered under this warranty.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions.
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
- Damage resulting from accidents, power surges, or natural disasters.
- Consumable components such as seals, gaskets, and other perishable parts.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Contact Egg Breakers USA, LLC at sales@eggbreakers.us with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Allow the Company to assess the issue and determine whether the defect is covered under warranty.
- If approved, the Company will provide replacement parts at no charge; shipping costs may apply.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Egg Breakers USA, LLC be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to loss of business or profits.
6. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Modifications
Egg Breakers USA, LLC reserves the right to amend these warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
